The Organic Cotton Earthing Throw Kit
Recently, a new Earthing product has been added to the growing number of products that make it convenient to be grounded. The Earthing Throw is a half sheet, half blanket that you can cuddle up with around the house; or wherever you decide to keep it.
You might also want sleep with it, if you don’t already have an Earthing sheet. If you decide to sleep on it, make sure the conductive side is facing up, so it’s in contact with your skin. Lay it across your bed, on top of your fitted sheet and lie on top of it.
One of the nice things about the Earthing throw, besides the important fact that it grounds you when it’s grounded, is in the material. The conductive side of it is made from 100% organic cushy cotton, with silver threads woven all through it; It contains close to 1/4 mile of silver thread.
You can easily identify the conductive side. You’ll see the word Earthing on it, and also the rows of silver threads stitched into it. The non conductive side is a faux suede made from polyester.
This polyester side will not ground you, so make sure your bare skin is in contact with the organic cotton/silver side.

How do you care for your Earthing Throw?
This is important. The conductive silver threads will last a long time, if you follow the simple care instructions. Bleach will oxidize silver, destroying it’s conductivity, so be sure you don’t use any bleach or detergent with bleach.
Do not use any kind of fabric softener for washing or drying your throw, as this can also destroy it’s conductivity.
Don’t dry clean your throw, and do not use any lotions or oils on the parts of your skin that will be in contact with it, close to the time you will be using it. Oils and lotions can create a film on the silver, rendering it less conductive.
