Maybe you’ve heard what I’m about to say before, or maybe you’re brand new to the internet business Game, but one way or another, what I’m about to recommend to you is absolutely essential if you really want to succeed big time with an online business.

I heard about this from the very beginning, but unfortunately I didn’t really understand how important it was, which was definitely unfortunate for me. Thankfully now I know, and going forward, I’ll be doing things the right way.

You see, I started having success on the internet as an affiliate marketer using SEO, and I built my business up to the point where I was making between 5,000.00 and 8,000.00 per month. This continued for quite a while, until some things changed with the companies I was affiliated with, and my income dropped to about 5% of that almost over night.

The key that was missing from my business was a list of email subscribers. Although I had built a very small list of subscribers, I never saw the importance of it, probably because of how well I was doing without it, until things changed.

Why Do You Need To Start An Email List Of Subscribers Now?

Building a list of subscribers who like and trust you because of the valuable information you provide them, guarantees your success long term.

As people get to know you through the relationship you build with them through your emails, they’ll be likely to buy products or services from you again and again, and even recommend others.

No matter what changes with the way search engines work, or how people search for information, your subscribers are only an email away from you.

What Is The Financial Reward For Having A List Of Email Subscribers?

It’s pretty common knowledge among Internet Marketers, that for every subscriber you have to your email list, if you’re doing things the right way, you can expect about 1.00 per month. That means you’re only 5,000 subscribers away from a monthly income of about $5,000.00 per month.

It’s true, it depends on what type of niche market you’re in, just how valuable your subscribers can be, and it’s going to vary from one niche to the next, but however you break it down, getting started on building a list of subscribers is going to be the path to a secure online business.

Then you can also send broadcasts to your subscribers anytime you want to communicate something in particular to them.

I Want To Buy Your Domain Scam

Did you get an email from someone that wants to BUY your Domain?

You might be a target for an email domain scam?

Domain Scams can go something like this…

“Hello!

I’m a representative of a businessman who wants to purchase YourDomainName.com. I located your contact information in a domain name whois lookup and understand that you own the domain name.

Are you still interested in selling? I work as a lawyer and specialize in digital content. I help our clients to buy and sell web sites and domains.

Do you have more domains? Can you send a list? Are you an experienced seller?

Best Regards,

Joseph Abramowitz

Lawyer

Jerusalem

Israel”

In fact, the above is the exact email I received except it had one of my domain names in the text instead of YourDomainName.com.

At first I thought it was a real offer, and I kind of got excited. I had my domain NaturalHealthAffiliate.com listed at Flippa, and thought “Great! Maybe I’ll get a good offer.”

So I answered the sender of the “Buy Your Domain Scam Email” with the email below.

“Hi,

I am interested in selling Natural Health Affiliate at NaturalHealthAffiliate.com

Would you like to make an offer on it?

Thanks for the contact,

Sye”

Below is the response I got from the Domain Scammer.

“The buyer is an investor from Norway.

He offers $15,000.

Do you have a certificate?

My buyer needs the certificate for accounting/tax purposes.

If you don’t have it’s not a problem. You can order it online.

Please note he cannot accept it from any agency. He needs a manual service.

The certification must include the following:

1. Independent valuation of the market price. It will show your domain name is not overpriced. On the other hand if the valuation comes higher, he will increase the price accordingly. In the domain name industry, there are many appraisal tools that people use to estimate the value of a domain name. My client does not want to risk and doesn’t accept services that use scripts. If you are unsure about some service feel free to ask me.

2. Trademark infringement verification. It proves your domain has no trademark problems. He would like this verification to be included in the appraisal report. It’s not a problem because some companies include the TM verification for free.

I’m also interested in a good estimate of the market price because he pays me % on each sale.

You can read about certification agencies at (There Was A Link Here But I Removed That Because I Don’t Want To Send You To A Spam Website.) (“Domain Broker” is my nickname).

The process is very easy:

1. Go to the certificate agency site and order a certificate. Just submit your domains and let them know you have a buyer with $XX,XXX offer. It will help you to get a better valuation.

2. Send it to me and we will start the sale process. As soon as he receives your certificate he will buy your domain via an escrow service. Any escrow service will be able to pay you via Paypal, Wire, Western Union or any other method you prefer.

He wants to ensure the safe delivery of the funds to you. Furthermore, since this is our first time conducting any business, I believe that using a third-party escrow service can provide a safe, well defined process.

If you are new to the certification process, I can help you with the step by step instructions.”

This above email brought up suspicion for me so I Googled “Domain Name Buying Scams” and I read another article about Domain Scams called…

New Domain Purchase Scam Appearing In Your Inbox.

After reading that article I was convinced that someone was trying to scam me, so I sent them the following email.

“Hi,

I appreciate your offer if it is genuine. I do own the domain NaturalHealthAffiliate.com

I don’t need a certificate because I can prove it’s mine. I have it listed on Flippa.com for Auction.

Right now it has a reserve price of 14,000, but bidding starts at 1.00.

You can get a certified domain after you purchase it or, if you purchase it, and you want me to do that after the purchase money is in Flippa Escrow, I’ll do it for you.

As far as independent Valuations go, that is in your court if you want to do it.

I’ve written up a letter on Flippa about NaturalHealthAffiliate.com to give anyone an idea of the Value.

If you want me to, I’ll put a buy it now button for 15,000.00 and you can purchase it right away if you like.

Otherwise, I’ll just wait until someone meets the 14,000 reserve and see if the bids go higher.

Below is the email I got back!

“Sorry, but looks like you never sold a domain to a professional investor. You don’t understand what the certification means.

The certificate must include two essential things:

1. Independent manual valuation of the market price. My client does not trust automated valuations. The expert evaluation will help to determine the true value of your domain’s worth so you can maximize profits during the sale.

2. Trademark infringement verification. It proves your domain has no trademark problems.

Simple certificates from Afternic, Estibot, GoDaddy or Sedo don’t work for him. They are generated by scripts and don’t include the TM infringement verification part.

Before we finalize the sale, please send us the certification from a source he knows and trusts. His accounting department won’t be able to issue the payment without it. My buyer needs the certificate for accounting/tax purposes.

It’s a common practice to provide buyers with appraisal certificates. There are no other methods if you are going to sell your domain to a professional investor. The certificate will increase the value of your domain so it’s worth spending several bucks on it.

The certificate increases the value of your domain .Without it you can sell your domain for $200-$300 only. So sooner or later you will have to order it.”

After reading the email above, there was no doubt in my mind that this was a Domain Buying Scam. In the article I referred to above from BSAlert.com I had read the following.

“now this interested buyer wants ME to become involved in some sort of paid valuation of the domain prior to this pending, inevitable sale.” BSAlert.com, New Domain Purchase Scam Appearing In Your Inbox“

Notice how the scammer is prepping me in the email he sent as quoted from the email above. “It’s a common practice to provide buyers with appraisal certificates. There are no other methods if you are going to sell your domain to a professional investor. The certificate will increase the value of your domain so it’s worth spending several bucks on it.”

I decided it would be fun to play along with the Scammer so I responded with the following email.

“Hi again,

It’s your job to do your due diligence on the domain to see if it’s worth 15,000 to you.

As far as trademarks are concerned, you can check this link

http://www.uspto.gov/trademarks-application-process/search-trademark-database

If you do a search at the link above for naturalhealthaffiliate and then natural health affiliate you’ll find there is no trademark even remotely related.

If you are ready to do business, I’m happy to work it out. You can even send me a direct paypal payment and I’ll stop the auction provided there are no bids by the time you pay.

Let me know if this sounds good.

Interestingly enough, I haven’t heard back from the Scammer, and I don’t expect to, as he/she has probably realized at this point, I’m not going to be someone they can scam. If they do reply again, I’ll update this post with the new information.

I hope this article helps you avoid waisting your time and money on something that’s not what it seems to be at first.

Merrell Vapor Glove 3 Review By Sye

Sye Rodriguez here and today I am going to introduce you to the Vapor Glove by Merrill which is a shoe that I really like a lot.

I’m going to tell you the goods & the bads and I’m going to show you the new pairs that I’ve gotten recently.

Luckily I got money to buy these Vapor Gloves as a birthday gift from my mom recently so this is my basic review of them.

The shoes I’ve been wearing are vapor glove 2s.

I’ve shown you those in the video along with the new ones which are the Vapor Glove 3s; Almost exactly like the 2s, but I’m hoping they’ll even be better, if that’s even possible.

I think Vapor Gloves are awesome and that you’re going to like them to.

They have the Vibram sole and they are considered a no rise sole because there’s no difference between the height of the toe and the heel.

It’s a minimalist shoe in the sense that the rubber outsole is only about 3.5 mm thick, and the shoes are very light at only about 6 ounces per shoe. They are also super flexible and breathable.

These vapor gloves feel super light and that’s the first thing that I really like about them; They look pretty cool too and fit my wide feet nicely.

I have a medium to wide foot so you’ll probably like them if your feet are fairly wide.

I didn’t just go get these shoes because I heard about them or thought they looked cool. I’ve been wearing a pair of the Vapor Glove 2s that my brother gave to me and the only downside I’ve found is that they didn’t last me a
long time

I’d say I’ve had them for about 6 months now, but keep in mind these are
the only shoe that I have besides a winter boot, so I pretty much I wear these shoes for everything I do. That being, maybe six months is a reasonable amount of time for a shoe to last if that’s all you’re wearing. What do you think?

Vapor Gloves are truly amazing shoes for running and because of how light and comfortable they are, and I’ve broken my best 5K times in them.

At a price of about 80.00 per pair, they are a little expensive, but not really if you’re comparing them to other shoes in their class.

I’m going to have to update you about these Vapor Glove 3s to let you know if they last longer than the 2s did, but I’m definitely excited about having them, and feel pretty confident that you’ll like them if you are into minimalist shoes.

5K In Under 22 Minutes – How I Did It

How To Run A Sub 22 Minute 5K On A Treadmill

Running a 5K in under 22 minutes isn’t even considered fast by many regular runners, but it’s a pretty big deal for a lot of people, including me.

I’m sharing my personal experience of how to break a 22 minute 5K because I’m proud of beating my personal best 5K time, and I hope that my sharing will help you to improve your own 5K run.

2 Things That Helped Me The Most In Improving My 5K Time:

Having Someone To Compete With That You Don’t Want To Beat You. My wife is the 1 for me. We’ve been going back and forth with personal bests and beating each other. It’s a great motivation to have her wanting to do better all the time because it keeps me from slacking for too long.

Having The Right Mindset. If you want to beat your best time you’ve got to feel like you are a star and you deserve it. I’ve found that not doing things that make me feel guilty and not over indulging in pleasures, like over drinking tea, help me to keep a winning mindset.

Eating good and getting enough rest is also important, but I bet you are already aware of that.

Getting your best 5K over and over again definitely requires a strong will too. You’ve got to be able to endure pain at higher levels of intensity to beat old records. Again, the right mind set is going to help you when you’re in the pain and want to give up.

Last, but not least, don’t worry if you feel like there’s no way you can get your best time sometime during your run. I’ve got my 2 best times on days I didn’t think I was going to be able to do it. Concentrate on enduring the pain a little longer and before you know it you’ll be close to done with the run, and more motivated to do what it takes to beat your personal best.

When it comes to beating your personal best 5K remember it’s okay to fail. If you don’t beat your best this time, rethink your strategy and let your instincts guide you to know what you need to do differently next time, and between now and the next time.

Today I Face The Fear And Jump Into Buzzing My Head Almost Bald For You.

I was inspired to buzz my hair off recently, but I wasn’t sure if I was up for it.

After a day or so passed the urge didn’t go away, but I wondered if I would regret doing it if I went ahead and buzzed it nearly bald.

I decided it didn’t matter. I thought about you and went for it.

This wasn’t my biggest fear, and I have had a buzz this short before, but it’s been a long time.

I made this hair cutting charade about facing fears and making decisions. It’s a time of big change for me, and maybe for you too.

It Movie Review By Film Flame

Stephen Kings It Movie Review For The 2017 Version

If you’re into Horror Films of the Scary Movie Genre, I bet you’re wondering if the new It Movie is worth heading out to the Movies for?

Let me give you the details here to help you decide.

Was IT Entertaining?

Yes, it’s set in the 80’s and the time period is captured very well. Jump Scares and Quality Filming with a good story line and the Freaky Pennywise Clown, it’s a full blown Summer Organic Popcorn Movie.

Is IT Good For Kids?

You’ll have to use your own judgment but it is Rated R, and the crude language and adult references aren’t something I’d want to expose young kids to.

The upside is there’s no nudity or actual sex scenes, just crude language used by kids in the movie.

Was IT Scary?

Yes, IT was Scary, but NOT Evil “Conjuring 2” Or “Annabelle 2” Scary. It’s more FREAKY Scary, and Jump Scary. The character Pennywise is so over the top, he’s more of a Funny Crazy Scary, kind of like something out of the Evil Dead movie.

The bottom line is, the movie is entertaining enough to spend the 2 hour 15 minute run time watching it.

I’m giving the IT Movie 4 out of 5 stars.
